Total Capital Partners is an independent firm which specialises in providing combined equity and debt funding for small and medium sized companies in the UK. We are actively seeking new investment opportunities, primarily within the UK, with the following characteristics: o Businesses with a funding requirement of between £10m and £30m o Established and proven management team with a deep knowledge of their business and a clear strategy for the future o Profitable, high growth companies or stable businesses with strong cash generation o All sectors considered except property, start-ups or early-stage businesses o An identifiable niche or defensible market position within its area of operation o We will consider both minority and majority equity stakes.
