The program saves time and costs by leveraging internal employee resources to develop others, creating two-way relationships that strengthen connections essential for effective organisational development interventions. Our program is proven, evidence-based, collaborative, and bespoke. A key outcome is to support and develop mentees and mentors from different organisation departments to achieve an organisational-wide positive shift and gain direct personal and professional tangible benefits. Associate Partner Program Many psychology practices are seeking new clients and can’t commit time and resources or don’t have the expertise to establish online client referral sources. Our Associate Partner Program leverages Counselling in Melbourne’s brand, working with you behind the scenes to increase your online visibility and expand your network referral sources. Practitioners who join our Associate Partner Program have experienced an increase between 3 to 6 new clients per month. OUR PEOPLE Our team are fully registered career professional psychologists and counsellors.
