TOPP is a non-profit organization run entirely by unpaid volunteers. Founded in 2005, the group has mobilized over $150,000 to help preserve history in and around Oviedo. We engage the community several times a year to highlight the progress we are making on our projects, and to enlist the assistance of members of the community in helping us make Oviedo's history come alive through its traditions.
