OUR MISSION Until There Are Nine® is an educational network and resource group whose purpose is to give women the power to advocate for their rightful share of compensation and rewards. We envision a workforce with gender pay and promotion equity. Currently, women make roughly 83 cents on the dollar which means they - and their families - are being shortchanged up to $2M over their career lifetime . There are many reasons for pay inequity but one of them is women’s reluctance to negotiate which is firmly within our power to correct. Until There Are Nine® supports women as they negotiate their worth in the workforce, by combining the collective experience of the network with our proprietary Playbook and mentor system of Advisor and Apprentice.
