Suraj Laboratories Private Limited is a new pharmaceutical company established in the year 2021. Suraj Labs offers Contract research and manufacturing services (CRAMS), Custom synthesis and cGMP scale manufacturing services required for bulk production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Saleable Intermediates for APIs and Key Starting Materials (KSMs). FACILITIES & INFRASTRUCTURE Suraj Laboratories operates from two facilities. R&D at Hyderabad, Telangana State, India and the other in Manufacturing plant at Kadechur Industrial Area, Yadgir, Karnataka State, India, where the company is setting up its large-scale manufacturing facility. 1. R&D: Hyderabad, Telangana Infrastructure: Includes efficiently managed fume-hoods and all equipment required for conducting wide range of experiments including pressure reactions & vacuum distillations. Lab Design: Well-designed process laboratory that ensures high safety for the workforce & facilitates smooth workflow. This facility supports our Technology Development for the plant and CRAMS related business. Analytical Capabilities: The analytical R&D is equipped with advanced analytical instruments such as HPLCs, GCs, supports the process R&D lab in day-to-day activities. 2. Manufacturing Plant: Kadechur, Karnataka Plant Capability: cGMP multiproduct facility with reactor volume: ~300 KL, and capacity to handle 10’s of kilos to 100’s of tons with Dedicated Production Blocks & dedicated lines. Quality System: Suraj Labs ensures the product is manufactured and tested inline to the defined quality system and plant capabilities will be in line to the Global expectations and cover the product-specific requirements.
