As a steward of capital to investors including two of the nation’s largest public pension funds, Resmark provides capital to homebuilders, land developers and multifamily developers in markets including California, the Western United States, Texas, the D.C./Mid-Atlantic region, and other select major metropolitan areas. To date Resmark has participated in more than 250 investments encompassing over 85,000 single-family and multifamily residential units.
