𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙙𝙨 : Modern education is a fat, lumbering beast, in drastic need of a diet change. Thankfully, the contours of the educational infrastructure of the 21st century are starting to emerge. We just want to put education on a diet plan it should have started years ago and remind everyone how powerful learner-driven education can be. We are Saga. We believe in an educational model that is embedded throughout all areas of society and responsive to our needs and wants. We believe that the future of education is human, and technology should be used to facilitate the human touch, not replace it. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙩 : If you had to brand us, I guess we'd be 'Education Innovators'. Something like that anyway.Last year we ran a small pilot in Amsterdam and Rotterdam where we paired up aspiring, self-taught web developers with experienced, freelance ones. We got some lovely feedback from the pilot, but also some signals that a different approach might be needed. We heard how hard it is for some small web development agencies to find and nurture good talent, and we want to find out how much of a problem this is.
