The purpose of this association is to: 1. Academically enhance Puerto Rican students' educational work at PSU 2. Provide Puerto Rican students with professional and social activities that will promote their educational and cultural concerns 3. Strengthen the Puerto Rican culture heritage at a local, state, and national level 4. Create a functional network that will facilitate the students' adjustment to the PSU community
