Our Chief Medical Officer’s dedication to patient care began with his service as a combat medic and operating room specialist in the US Army. Dr. Allen is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He was educated at Duke University where he gained his experience in acute, chronic and interventional pain management. He is also an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the American Academy of Pain Medicine, and Academy of Integrative Pain Management
