Our meals are made daily in our Reno, Nevada work kitchen and immediately frozen so we do not have to use preservatives. We have 46 meals to choose from and ship overnight to all 50 states. As a family-owned small business, we take great pride in making sure we give people the option to properly nourish the body God gave them. Our purpose is simple—to prepare food that meets your nutritional goals and tastes great at the same time. Designed for healthy eaters and competitive athletes alike, all of our macro-balanced meals are made in small batches with minimal, clean ingredients (and a whole lot of love). Our focus is on protein-rich plates that are full of flavor, not fluff. We only use the highest-quality ingredients and you’ll never find refined grains, added sugars, gluten, or dairy in anything we make—because when you eat better, you feel better. As far as my culinary background, I launched Ice Age Meals in 2014, after getting my culinary degree from The University of Alaska, traveling the country to learn about food, and after working as Lance Armstrong's personal chef for two years. I now employ 21 incredible team members who work endlessly making sure our Ice Age clients are happy. At Ice Age Meals, we also strongly believe in giving back so part of our work extends to Hawaii where we donate thousands of meals to hungry children through the Keala Foundation.
