LEAP Sports Scotland is Scotland’s LGBTI sports charity. LEAP works for greater inclusion for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people in sport, and against discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity, in a sports context. LEAP works to influence the policy and practice of sports agencies and bodies, and mainstream sports clubs. LEAP delivers events, activities and projects to encourage more LGBTI people to try or get involved in sport. LEAP works closely with new and existing LGBTI sports clubs and initiatives to help them develop, through training, advice and resources.
