Integrated Pain Solutions (IPS) is a network of interventional pain management practices with locations in Columbus, Ohio, and Springfield, Ohio that uses minimally invasive treatments to help patients manage pain and regain strength and mobility. We treat a variety of chronic pain conditions, including complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), spinal stenosis, post laminectomy syndrome, and radiculopathy. We also treat acute injury-related pain. American Pain Consortium Holdings (APCH) provides operational support for IPS and purchased its affiliated ambulatory surgical center, Gemini Surgery Center. Dr. Gladstone C. McDowell II, founder of IPS and Gemini Surgery Center, is the primary pain management provider for both facilities. Dr. Omar Ali serves as the Medical Director of Integrated Pain Solutions in Springfield where he also provides treatment for patients.
