Harmony Behavioral Services is a single-location, family-owned ABA practice that emphasizes in-clinic services with low BCBA caseloads and low RBT to BCBA ratios. We focus on fulltime, salaried staff with set session times and set schedules. In combination, this leads to greater BCBA-client, BCBA-RBT, and BCBA-RBT interaction which leads to greater client progress in a shorter period of time. Caregivers and RBTs always have a BCBA accessible to answer questions and resolve issues. By fostering a team approach to services on a consistent schedule, we also create a better work/life balance for our staff.
