aurorajobs is everything we would have liked to have when we began our working life. A place where you can search for your first job that doesn't require 5 years of experience, a quantum physics master, Excel from 1975 and a unicorn. A place where you can demonstrate corporations that eventhough you don't have much experience, you do have a lot of talent. A place where they talk to you about employability and carreer paths, in your own language. And a place where workplaces can find in yourgsters the ideal candidates, full of talent, personality and passion. It's a place made for a whole generation of young people who dream of a much better professional future than what they have now. We didn't find this place in our time. So we decided to create it ourselves.
