Underdogs works closely together with the Dutch government in addressing the growing need for IT-personnel, whilst simultaneously combating unemployment and criminality. Refugees, people with autism, prisoners, but also youth who got dealt a bad hand at life are educated in IT to a level comparable to that of a bachelor’s degree. We also work with our own in-house professionals. They make use of projects from the market to educate our Underdogs, whilst simultaneously ensuring the quality of our work.
