The Tatum Parker Project is a nonprofit organization that has a mission to make a positive impact on the lives of pediatric cancer patients. Tatum is a two-time cancer survivor who wished to give back to children like herself dealing with cancer in Indiana. Tatum distributes backpacks filled with age-appropriate games, toys and activities ideal for a hospital setting to every child diagnosed with cancer in Indiana and beyond upon request. The Bag of Fun is meant to bring smiles and hope. Smiles via the games, toys and activities that help brighten their day and entertain them during their long fight. Hope via sharing Tatum's successful battle with cancer. Tatum also raises funds for much needed pediatric cancer research. The Tatum Parker Project began distributing Bags of Fun on August 1, 2008. We deliver approximately 350 Bags of Fun annually.
