Blacks in Travel & Tourism (BTT) works to level the playing field and advance Blacks in travel and tourism through innovative, game changing initiatives designed to create equitable opportunities for small Black-owned businesses to actively participate and profit in the global travel and tourism industry. Our goals include the following: > Eliminate racial inequalities in travel and tourism. > Level the playing field and create economic growth opportunities for Black and Brown business owners and students. > Plan and implement strategies to build better destinations through multicultural programs targeting diverse visitors and engaging local community stakeholders.
