Infinity Health provides a digital platform - called Infinity - that health and care staff use to plan, coordinate, and manage their workloads. It is used by both operational and clinical staff working in hospitals and in the community and replaces inefficient and unsafe methods of planning and coordination, like paper, phone calls, instant messages, and bleeps. We focus on three key healthcare challenges: - Hospital task management - providing hospital staff with tools to manage their caseload safely and efficiently - Virtual wards - enabling staff to safely monitor and care for patients in their homes instead of in hospital - Elective recovery - reducing the backlog of people waiting for care
