We offer consistently superior quality product and provide an outstanding level of service. In February 2014, our new factory will be open to the public at 141 Alison Road, Wyong, NSW 2559. You are welcome to watch chocolate demonstrations and enjoy special guided tours available twice per day, and then taste the chocolate which has been created from the original recipes. In keeping with current European trends, part of our range is made using exclusive "Couvertures of Origin". Rather than being couvertures blended from beans from different regions, the cocoa beans in this range are sourced from unique, single, regions around the world, bringing out their individual varietal and regional characteristics. As with wine, these couvertures show "terroir" indeed.
