Nissan Arena aims to deliver diverse sport and entertainment content year round with the Queensland Firebirds and Brisbane Bullets home games features each year. The Arena also hosts multiple major boxing and cheerleading events each year, along with over 100 minor events such as carnivals, graduations and expos. The Arena is built with a 5,000 seat main sunken show court for major events with seven indoor community courts on the upper level. This affords the venue spacious concourses, wide access pathways but more importantly a blank canvas for multi-purpose usage. The Arena will see more than 300,000 patrons, players and visitors through the venue each year. A primary focus of the venue is to ensure the Arena is suited for all events and will welcome a varied visitor base and generate content that will appeal to a wide range of personal interests.
