Fundación CV Pacto Empleo Valencia (FCVPE) was created by the City Hall of Valencia (Spain) in 2005, aiming at improving the labour position of people with fewer opportunities. FCVPE works mainly with disabled people, young people, immigrants, female workers and long term unemplyed people. During the years has developed many training projects looking to improve the skills of these particular groups, making easier for them to find a job in our labour market. Specially, FCVPE helps disabled people to find a job through different training methods. For example, we train disabled in traditional crafts, like the production of handmade articles of pottery, and handmade articles of traditional glass. Additionally, we train disabled people in digitalization systems and documentary management.
