LDK Ventures has developed nearly 7,000 acres of property and more than 10 million square feet of industrial buildings. The five principal members of the LDK Ventures executive team have worked together for two decades. LDK Ventures is based in Sacramento, CA and is operated by Larry Kelley and his son, Denton Kelley.
