Company Overview RedLeif Investments was co-founded by two entrepreneurs, Jason Fielder and Jean-Benoit Vieyra. The vision of the co-founders was to create a private investment management company that would deliver trust, transparency, planning and profits to its investors by obtaining private investment returns with bond-type risk. Trust must run in both direction for an investment to be successful and we understand that this takes time. One of the key vehicles that we utilize to build a trusting relationship is transparency. This transparency permeates throughout the investments plans, the execution of the plan, and in the results of the investment. Furthermore, we strives for an even higher standard. We have enlisted experts in their fields to help ensure that we have developed a sustainable, long- term, and profitable investment. RedLeif Investments Key Man Fund Our Key Man Fund utilizes Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI) to execute an arbitrage investment plan. Premium financing will be obtained from banks at a low rate. These funds will be placed into the investment vehicle of a COLI where we will obtain a higher rate of return. The difference between our borrowing rate and the amount we make in the policies will be our profit. This arbitrage is the engine that will be used to run the Key Man fund.
