Cleveland Health and Wellness Center provides compassionate mental health care for adults, adolescents, and children. We provide treatments that recognize the whole person, mind and body. We specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, stress, addiction, and relationship issues. We provide individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, family therapy, wellness groups, expressive therapies, ecotherapy, mindful meditation, guided imagery, and life coaching. Clients can gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors through a supportive and non-judgmental process. In therapy, clients can develop tools to cultivate greater joy, peace, acceptance, compassion, love, and stability in their lives. Children and adolescents are given the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings verbally and non-verbally through play, drawing, writing, painting, and sculpture. Families are welcome to participate in sessions with their children to address emotional and behavioral issues, and to strengthen family relationships.
