Established in 2008, ChineseSpeakers is a non-profit making, non-political organisation which seeks to represent the interests and information & networking needs of those who have spent considerable time and investment learning Mandarin Chinese as a second language, either through university or alternative certified modes of study. 成立于2008年，“汉语之友协会”是一个非营利性的，非政治化的组织。我们寻求代表那些学习汉语普通话作为第二语言的学习者，满足他们对兴趣，信息和交际网络方面的需求。主要针对于那些通过大学或者非主流的经认证的学习模式学习过汉语相当长一段时间，投注了相当多精力的学习者。
