The International Import-Export Institute (IIEI) began as an international trade certification standards organization in 1995. Recognizing that no adequate education provider existed, the IIEI worked with professionals to develop courses and programs that could bridge the gap to the appropriate industry standard. The Institute was rebranded as Dunlap-Stone University in 2008 to reflect the breadth and depth of available programs. What was once a distance education provider for industry certification has grown to include undergraduate and graduate degree programs, as well as expanded certificate offerings.
