Our Contracts department works on developments of up to 100 plots, for a small number of clients per year. Our target clients are not the major housebuilders, rather respected local and regional companies where relationships are important. We bring a unique offer to the contract market – we have a dedicated contract warehouse and showroom in Worthing where, as a property developer or architect, you’re able to enjoy the same experience as an end-user. We are a professional team with an in-depth experience in the UK kitchen industry. Our current developments include 141 apartments at Bayside in Worthing, 31 homes in Herne Bay and 14 plots for Octavia Housing in Fulham. Upcoming developments include 37 apartments at the prestigious Sussex Cricket Ground.
