I am a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and teach general classes in Blessington/Naas area. About me: I was born in Sweden and was always drawn to the alternative traditions. I first tried yoga after my daughter was born in 2002. I started practicing yoga regular in 2005 and found the Iyengar yoga method in 2009, I have since then been practicing and I just love the way it makes me feel. In 2014 I got my teacher qualification and since then I have been teaching. I am very passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga as it has had tremendous benefits in my own life. I continuously further my yoga training by attending classes and workshops with local and visiting teachers like, Zubin Zarthoshtimanesh, Mary Obendorfer, Eddy Marks and Stephanie Quirke and many more.
