Teach swimming to adults and children of all ages. I teach private lessons, semi-private and groups. I specialize in working with trauma and fear of water issues as well as competitive excellence. I coach and train Boulder Valley Summer Swim League swimmers, high school swimmers, professional and age- group triathletes and recreational adult swimmers. I also work with 3 years and older teaching them how to swim. My clients typically stay with me for years, especially those with children pursuing swimming as a life long and competitive activity. My approach is very personal. I also incorporate teaching life skills as well as swimming. I am a very intuitive as well as an experienced athlete so I bring that into my teaching. I starting to teach a meditation class on sitting in the Fall of 2009. Meditation instructor
