Along the way, each stop had the same problem; developing the team was fragmented and felt disconnected. It needed to change, and as a result, Pointers was born, founded in 2020 by industry veterans with over 60 years of combined experience. We experienced leaders fail to develop and drive talent, causing attrition, disengagement, and toxicity. We struggled to find a solution that was employee-centric and solved for the organization’s growth. We were tired of checking a box, completing a process, and pushing down the mandate.
