Social Cycle is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Platform that enables non-technical professionals to rapidly build lead lists, create custom sales cadences and execute an engagement workflow of outbound sales touchpoints for all of their social media profiles from one dashboard. We exist to facilitate personalized social media engagement that leads to business transactions. The problem: Social Media connections on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn are not effectively being turned into business leads Our solution: We have created a sales enablement tool that utilizes URL links to prospects social profiles as a substitute for email addresses in order to organize social engagements & facilitate business transactions efficiently. Because Social Cycle has elements of a CRM, sales automation tools and social intelligence tools, it is difficult to pinpoint an exact industry definition. As social media continues to grow our research shows that a convergence of these tools will be valuable to extract marketing and sales value from social media and use it as a viable component of outbound sales methodologies in order to create a layer of top of funnel lead generation for businesses without incurring additional advertising costs.
