Forward and Beyond (FAB) is an organization that works alongside local school systems, community leaders, local businesses, and a team of dedicated volunteers. Our mission is to create a platform of change, by inspiring others to move forward and to exceed the expectations of what’s possible for their future. This mission is manifested through exposure, self-awareness, education, and community involvement. Our unique training and mentoring programs place a premium on personal development. As agents of change, we understand that an investment in a student’s emotional, mental, social and academic well-being, is a direct investment to their family. Strong families are the bedrock of strong communities. At Forward and Beyond, our programs are designed to build the whole person and provide a support system for self development. We believe that everyone has the potential to realize their dreams, regardless of their current social or economic status. Forward and Beyond has developed a multifaceted curriculum than can help all students succeed, regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, and social or economic background.
