JOEPLAST produces Flexible Packaging since 1979 with an export share over 65% of it’s turnover. The Production Process is organized in three continuous shifts and employs 95 employees. It has a complete production chain, starting from the polymer with film blown extrusion lines, Flexo printing, lamination, Laser "easy open" cutting systems and It produces inks and clichés internally. It is equipped with a modern Research and Development Laboratory capable of carrying out chemical-physical analyzes on packaging films and is the holder of two patents on biodegradable packaging. The company extrudes coextruded films LDPE, HDPE, MLDPE, PP Copolymer and BIO films from 15 my up to 200 my, printing with Flexo technology up to 10 colors, solventless and solvent Lamination technology. Licensee of Novamont's MATER-BI brand for more than 23 years, it specializes in the production of biodegradable and compostable packaging for food and non-food packaging. All products produced are certified TUV AUSTRIA. First company to be certified as “Plastic Second Life for Food”, it also produces films with a percentage of PCR ( Post-Consumer Plastic ) that goes to 33% to 50%. Certified ISCC for the production of films with bio attributed polymers from renewable sources, it is able to supply films for any type of packaging application. An efficient and flexible planning, combined with strong logistics, are able to ensure delivery times well under market standards. Joeplast produces packaging for different sectors as: Tissue - Disposable - Food - Wicket bags for the food and non-food sector - courier bags, packaging according to the criteria of the circular economy: "Second Life Plastic" Packaging, Paper packaging, Films with bio-attributed, biodegradable and compostable polymers.
