J Thoma Land Design Studio was founded in 2020 in Andover, MA just north of Boston. It was born out of a passion to transform land into livable spaces. In addition to projects for single family homes and multifamily residential spaces, I’ve also designed parks, streetscapes, and spaces for college campuses, primary schools and senior living facilities. Every design is informed by the surrounding environment, my clients, and the people that will use the space.
