The most efficient way of using medical questionnaires is patients filling them out online, at the kitchen table. The output must be in a format that provides structured information, not data, and must immediately be recognized by each doctor. Doctors can expand on that information by adding their expertise. Our findings at using Sosaro’s MP50 during the registration in a busy GP clinic were: On average, the patient needed 23, with multi-morbidity 38 minutes to finish the dynamic questionnaire. For each patient, the administration saved 4.3, and the doctor 4.7 minutes. If we follow the approach by Heckman to calculate the ROI for the life long use of an intervention, the ROI (hours/hours) is 88 %, and monetized of 896 % (EUR/EUR).
