ArboLogic is a arbo-consultancy company founded by occupational health physician Jean-Maurice Cijntje. When it comes to sick leaves we strongly separate the labor law issues from the arbo law issues, the medical and non-medical issues, taking the behavioral aspects of sick leaves in to consideration, in order to clarify the cause of the sick leave. Once the cause is clarified, proper care of problem solving advice can be given. Besides sick leaves care, we also provide training for hr personnel, managers and board members in English and Dutch trough our service ArboSmart. We can also provide temporary replacement during absence with our complementary service DienstdoendeBedrijfsarts.nl (Occupational health physician on duty).
