Be-a-Chameleon supports international business people and their companies by providing them with up-to-date practical tools such as Global DISC and Growth 2.0 to excel in the global world we live in. To reach this objective, Be-a-chameleon follows a holistic approach. This approach focuses on the individual, a company or a team making sure their needs are met. The use of Global Disc and Growth 2.0 in the trainings enables a better understanding of the individual giving them an insight into their values, beliefs and their why enabling them to expand their comfort zone and exceed in their career. A new workshop, The Quietly Confident Mondset was designed to help introverts and extroverts understand each other and create synergy to unleash their hidden growth potential. I share my experience, invite reflection and want to make sure particiapnts come out of their sessions with more confidence to work with people who think, act and behave differently.
