Team Passos is Northern Virginia's renowned Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training facility. We provide superior quality instruction in a safe, clean, and fun atmosphere. Classes are offered for men, women, teens and children at all skill levels and physical ability. Choose from beginner, advanced, kids and mixed-level classes. In addition to group classes, private lessons are also available which provides students the dual opportunity to train at their individual experience levels and work with academy members at all levels of mastery. Our curriculum provides a well rounded program of self defense, physical fitness, and personal development.
