Gogolak Communications provide help for professional individuals as business owners, executives and whole organizations as well. The communication counselling covers wide range of the theme from communicational relation mapping with Organizational Network Analyzis or Social Network Analyzis to personal comunication skill training. Coaching is the "favourite" activity in the company and we prefer offering coaching to training. In our worrk, we are focusing the effectivity and productivity. We provide increasing of them. When coaching increases the effectivity of our client, the productivity of the organization will increase too. As it was studied and proved by studies in the US, the fall and decline of the companies are mainly due the improper communications. 60% of the problems emerged from internal and organizational (external) communication mistakes, or even lack of some important comminication channels. we provide a survey to find the problematic areas (the weak links) and also provide solutions of this problems.
