Guam Football Association is the governing body for the sport of football in Guam and is a member of FIFA, AFC, and EAFF. In Guam, GFA is a not for profit, non-stock association organized in compliance with the laws of Guam. The Association is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and education purposes as specified in Section 501©(3) and as qualified amateur sports organization under 501(j) of the Code.
