Since 2002, we have built over 100 properties in London, Gloucestershire and Kent with a total value of over £22m. We have also accumulated an investment property portfolio of over 50 residential and commercial properties. The projects we are currently working on have end values of around £50m. We work with investors such as Private Equity Funds and Family offices. We also offer investment opportunities in our projects to smaller invidivual investors via crowdfunding platforms such as CrowdWithUs. We have crowdfunded over £1.25m in Equity for our projects since July 2018. Our philosophies of Rigorous Risk Management and Design led Development allow us to consistently and reliably deliver profitable development projects. Our design led approach enables us to deliver better value for money in the properties we build. By focusing on the value that inspired contemporary design can achieve, we deliver more for less. We beleive that, whatever the price of a home, it should be well designed. Our rigorous approach to risk management compliments our design led approach and enables us to minimise risk and maximise return for us and our investors. We aim to deliver individually designed contemporary properties which reflect people's personalities and choices and are designed around the way they live their lives. By doing this, we offer better value for money to our buyers. This allows us to optimise the profitability of our developments and break the price ceiling in the markets for which we develop.
