Security Interest Group Switzerland is an independent interest group without any membership fees or other commitments. The platforms are supported by sponsor shipments from interested supplier in the IT Security area or donations. SIGS is a peer-to-peer organization dedicated to helping information security, IT risk management, privacy and compliance professionals be more successful. We accomplish this mission by providing them with opportunities to physically meet on a periodic basis or by means of communicating through social media channels to share with one another and hear from industry experts. The greatest advantage of this group is its independence from 3rd parties. New ideas can easily be realized without the need to follow rules or guidelines. If they provide value to the goals of SIGS and the community, we will realize them! We are always searching for additional security freaks which are interested to get involved in the organization and would like to support the know how exchange. All ideas and suggestions to improve or enhance this platforms are very welcome! Because we are sure that know how sharing and information exchange in information security is a very important factor for the future and the upcoming challenges. We will unite all security professionals in the fight against cybercrime and information security threats!
