Redding Linden Burr, Inc. is a Corporation founded in the year 2000 when its three principals, Steve Redding, Art Linden, and Richard Burr, merged existing mechanical/ electrical/ plumbing engineering firms. Richard Burr retired in 2010 and has since been replaced as principal by Jim Chee. The principals each have more than 35 years of experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, and each is responsible for quality control of his specialty. Located in Houston, Texas, the firm has 31 employees; six are registered professional engineers, and an additional fourteen are degreed engineers. RLB has twelve LEED Accredited Professionals and one Certified Geothermal Designer. RLB proudly celebrated its 10th anniversary serving the Houston community on April 1, 2010. It was recently named to Consulting Specifying Engineer magazine’s “2010 MEP Giants” list and Texas Construction magazine’s “2010 Top Design Firms.” More importantly, the company is highly respected by clients and peers in the field.
