Renewable energies necessitate complete rethinking of the supply system. Clean water is a basic need, but it is becoming an increasingly rare commodity and influences location decisions for people and industry. The availability and variety of means of transport, and thus people’s mobility, have increased rapidly, leading to the threat of a possible traffic gridlock. New mobility concepts and technologies such as autonomous driving and electromobility will significantly change our lives. Industrial globalization and expanding global tourism are creating strong growth in aviation and bringing the world closer together. The vast increase in passenger numbers poses major challenges for airports and the related infrastructure. Increasing urbanization calls for completely new real estate concepts in order to meet people’s needs in terms of their living space and environment – not only for tomorrow, but also beyond. We are responding to these challenges and, with the Dornier Group, want to contribute to making the world a better place.
