eHousingPlus© is a niche services provider with over 23 years experience in Homeownership Programs, program administration, and compliance services. Our program administration services via the Internet allows lenders, agencies, partners, and others to originate, manage and easily correct deficiencies, simplifying the overall process of managing the agency’s program pipeline. Our approach is to support the Agency from concept through delivery of a program. As program administrators, we manage the program marketing and train lenders on the details of the programs and the rules and steps towards successful origination. We also manage the programs’ pipeline and allocation, post program materials on the web and provide a web portal where the Agency, its Working Group and the Lenders can track the performance of the program. eHousingPlus© also provides compliance services, including reviewing files for regulatory and documentary requirements and issuing Compliance approval which allows the loan to be purchased. We facilitate the final cycle of the loan, giving the Master Servicer the ability to purchase the loan from the Lenders and deliver to the Trustee.
