PHOENIX Program for individuals, and 3. an Anti-Aggression Program for professions (and individuals) who encounter higher levels of aggression. Each program challenges the body and mind - as we see them as inseparable. We are not an extreme company - but we will push you (slightly), and will always be there, with or nearby. We believe followership is an art as critically important as leadership, but far too ignored. We believe communication without connection is music without instruments. We believe people should make the mistakes of ambitions. We believe most organizations engage poorly with people - the result: ubiquitous burnouts, boredouts, and quiet-quitting. We believe leaders must be 'universal catalysts', 'conflict entrepreneurs', and 'strategists'. Basically, we share our perspectives forged by a very particular world of high-performance teams.
