CUIMANI is a network of small farmers committed to produce sustainable and healthy olive oil with non-intensive agriculture. We put strong emphasis on the protection of the land, the traditions and the local culture. For every bottle we sell, we reinvest part of the return back into the ecosystem, for example into the plantation of new olive trees, into research and development with universities, and into training for farmers. Certificates: PGI, BIO, BRC, IFS, Nutraceutical and counting! Only the 2% of Italian olive oil meets these high standards (source: ISMEA, 2020 report)
