Each 20 minute EMS session, conducted exclusively with a trainer, can give the equivalent stimulus of a regular 90-minute training session. This makes EMS training perfectly suited for those of you living the intense city life, where individuals want to stay fit and healthy, but have limited time to do so. Vive Fitness offers a premium service from entrance to exit; with welcoming staff, highly qualified trainers and modern state-of-the-art facilities. Kit is provided on-site, meaning members do not need to bring anything except themselves. Showers and a towel service are provided for all members, too.
