Helping clients with needs in the area of analog, mixed-signal and RF circuit design to: - Translate high-level (marketing) needs into product-level (engineering) requirements for IC implementation in cost-effective technologies (Bulk/SOI CMOS, BiCMOS, ...) including system level studies - Innovate on architecture and circuit implementation in the fields of consumer electronics, sensor interfaces, cellular, general wireless, wire line, ... - Build an IC implementation&productization team (analog, mixed-signal, RF, digital, layout, CAD, lab, test&product and FA engineering) and/or - Connect with external implementation & test teams (Design&Test Houses, Failure analysis) - Take ownership of the project management and technical lead of the IC implementation (with in-house or external team) - Set up an analog/RF design&verification flow based on industry standard tools (Cadence/ADS, Spectre/Goldengate/Eldo, EMX/VeloceRF/Momentum, ...)
