Dan Harsh & Associates was started by Concept founder Dan Harsh. Dan was President of Concept from 2002 through 2019. Upon turning the Presidential reigns of Concept over to his son Jeff, Dan formed Dan Harsh & Associates, a sales management group designed to help small to mid-sized companies more effectively manage their internal sales structure, personnel, processes, and ultimately, results. Dan Harsh & Associates also hosts Bifocal, a podcast focusing on Business, Life, and Faith.
